Our Mission:

The ABA (American Basketball Association) is new in Australia, the goal is to add our style of flavour to the
game of basketball in Australia not to dominate the game. We also want to help players get more playing op-
portunities. We have over 180 teams in 5 countries and we are the largest Pro basketball league in the world

and the 2 most recognized league.
Why the radio station? Well the ABA is always looking for ways to expand and give our Players / Sponsors / Lo-
cal businesses a central place or platform where all of our fans can check them out. Our radio station plays
great music for young and old alike and it’s easier to listen to radio these days than to watch TV! When you’re
listening you can be running – working out – driving – at work – or just relaxing and can stream from anywhere!
We even have a few businesses that stream our music in their place of business.

We are the only basketball league with its own 24/7 radio station in Australia & we are dedicated to not only
promoting our league but also promoting other leagues and players and coaches in Australia, professional or
not.

We have a good platform and its growing and growing – right now most of our listeners are in Sydney & Mel-
bourne but each day we are doing more and more to expand to as many clubs as we can and get them listening
to ABA X Radio & help promote them to other basketball fans.

Bottom line is we are all about Music & Basketball and we are looking to work with as many teams and leagues
as we can & help some players reach their goals in the game. We have on our ABA 1 On 1 Show some NBA
greats that have influence just waiting on us to send them over some talent!
